Everything you need to prepare before we issue private intake access and create your secure portal account.

How Onboarding Works

  1. You contact Pixel Mediation by email.
  2. We send you a private intake form link.
  3. You complete the intake form.
  4. We review your matter and complete conflict checks.
  5. If accepted, we issue portal login credentials.
  6. ID and supporting documents are uploaded inside the portal.

What To Prepare

  • Full legal name and contact details.
  • Company name and your role where applicable.
  • Names of all parties involved in the dispute.
  • A concise factual summary of the issue.
  • Any urgent deadlines or hearing dates.
  • List of available documents and evidence.

Typical Documents

  • Contract, statement of work, proposal, or brief.
  • Email threads and written communications.
  • Invoices, payment records, and milestone history.
  • Screenshots and technical evidence.
  • Delivery timelines, change requests, and repo/deployment records.

Confidentiality and Verification

All onboarding information is handled as confidential business information. Identity verification is completed after intake review and portal approval. Please do not send ID documents over open email unless explicitly requested.
